Yes as long as you are from that country

call them up find out what to bring in and

payment amount

Thank you for your reply.

I just know some countries refuse to issue passports if you don't show legal status?!!

Your home consulate is suppose to

issue you aid and travel docs as long

as its proven who you are, that's one

of their major functions abroad

I understand but some consulates make it harder to obtain a passport for people without status.

If U want a passport call Algerian consulate & get the facts

if there's Passport form to fill out , go there & have them help U

If its US Immigration form ask/consult a lawyer...sorry I did not

understand your last post.

If U had a wife B4 and the form ask U that, tell the truth and say yes

If U petitioning a wife now with kids , they want her name & all her

information...if she have kids put yes and names

Her kids are American & live there U don't need to list their names, YOU the beneficiary

would list YOUR kids names IF YOU had kids , so put *NA*...where her name and information

is required U must fill in.........You should know her kids names and ages so if they ask U at

interview you can answer, dude are U going over this form with her by phone or email scanned...do that

Dude hope U R real to the lady....front load by having strong on going relationship info, know about her. the kids name/ages,send her

prepared.....good luck
