I didn't see an update from you but generally the embassy interviews (once they finally happen) are 3-6 mins in length and mostly to make sure your paperwork is in order. As long as the interviewer didn't wake up grouchy you'll be fine. The whole process is a lot of waiting punctuated by short interviews that are generally anti-climactic. They mostly want the paperwork to be perfect so they are CYA. Hang in there and once she is in the USA, contact your Congressman's staff, find a staffer who gives a ####### as they can be helpful down the road. Our process from start to citizenship was around 5 years and people tell us we're lucky! We are, she's now a citizen but it's a brutal process. BTW, it was about almost two months from the time of her interview to getting the papers that allowed her to fly to USA.

Bear contacted me from home via Skype about 20 min ago. Sorry we have been dancing and celebrating.

I want to FAITHFULLY THANK God first for answering our prayers to bring us together.

I want to GRATEFULLY express my sincere appreciation to my friend Dennis Bounds for doing a 24 hour fast with me from Tuesday night to Wednesday night to ask God for his blessing on the interview and to give Bear the strength, guidance, support, and calming of nerves to Bear during the interview.

I want to express a BIG THANKS to the VJ Web site for all the insightful guidance and information free of charge. I still cannot believe one cannot make a donation to the web master for site support.

I want to express a Warm Thanks to Bourey Peatnut for his help, support, and overall good nature to ALL couples going through the K-1 Visa Process. He is a welcomed party in many person’s life. 11/17/1998- Received first love letter from Bob (my husband now) we wrote love letters back and forth for almost 2years.

09/2/2000- First meeting in person.

09/26/2000- We got married.

01/2/2001- We both left for South Korea working at public school as an English Teacher.

08/20/2005- I came home to pursue my University Degree in Business at University of San Carlos Cebu City Philippines (USC)

10/25/2009- Got my Degree.

10/26/2009- Went back to South Korea working again.

06/12/2012- Bob officially retired.

06/14/2012- Bye bye South Korea, Welcome home Philippines.

06/22/2012- Bob and I officially owns our houses and lot in the Philippines.

08/24/2013- Sent spouse petition to USCIS.

09/26/2013- USPS notify us that our package has been received by the USCIS.

09/13/2013- Received NOA1 hard copy from USCIS.

09/13/2013- Patiently waiting for our NOA2.
