No not at all. When you live countries, from eachother, you don't tend to live together at all.

That being said, if you are saying you only met your wife once, married on the first visit and have only seen her for the 15 days after then yes, that could be an issue- the more time spent together (not necessarily living together- meeting with chaperones before marriage is fine too) the better.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

No. Not an issue. However, be certain to show other evidence of a bonafide marriage, per the instructions.

I don’t really think will be an issue, as soon as you can show proof; like conversations, letters, messages, and pics etc.. Try to collect every single thing you have to improve your case. With fact every case is different; I have been married for years now and my visa still pending even though we brought a lot of proof for our marriage.
