PAGE 2 QUESTION 24 MY FIANCE HAVE TO LIST THE DATES HE HAS BEEN PRESENT IN THE USA BUT WE ARE WONDER IF HE NEED TO LIST THE PLACE HE IS LIVING AT THE PRESENT.

He needs to list his current address on Page 1. I'm assuming he is currently living in the Dominican Republic.

He needs to list all of dates (arrived and departed) when he visited the U.S. in the past.He must include the City and State as well.

If he is currently visiting you in the U.S. right now. He should list his current City and State and just his arrival date. You can put "Present/Current" if you submitting the form now.
