Can this post die off already? Time is being wasted on a post that has 2 clear answers: (1) report her (2) ignore it.
Nobody can make you report her or ignore her so if you still can't make a decision atleast stop feeding then that's up to you.

I wish somebody could delete this thread now. Its got enough attention from everyone. He's already made his decision.

Perhaps once the OP has got a solid proof then it would be a good idea for him to come back and take help from others on how to proceed further & maybe let us know the outcome ??Till then let us all concentrate on our own petitions.

This is not a phony story, nor am I out for "shock and awe", this is true and it was a real moral quandry for me. I have decided to report it though because I would never want this to endanger my petition.

He was told long ago to simply look at the bottom of the page to find how to report the situation. He has some moral dilemma that he will have to deal with himself.

There is information at the bottom of the page on how to report fraud. Do not expect any feed back after you file the report . They may do nothing. Unlike others I am all for reporting non law abiding people as we don't need any more people here that have no respect for the laws.

If I make an FDNS report, will she find out that I was the one who informed on her? I doubt she would even know how to make an acussation against me, her English sucks and she is not too savy about the immigration system at all, but I do not want to expose me or my wife to retaliation.

What physical proof could I possibly get, besides tape recording her? She said they might not move back in together, that seems proof enough.

copies of emails with the fella, outlining her plans

if/when after filing, any / all uscis receipt numbers .
