I'm sorry but I have to agree with report her. So many people feel that they can do what ever they want because most people will do nothing when confronted. The company I work for is 100% agent that kind of thing and so am I. Not doing anything when you see someone doing something you know is wrong is as bad is doing it yourself. If everyone reported stuff like this they knew about there would be less doing it and life for the rest of us doing it correctly would be so much easier.

As a citizen of the US it is your responsibility to report this kind of fraud.

It's just hard to do that when illegal immigrants like her are hurting legal I-130 petitioners like me and my wife so much.

I think it's more USCIS hurting us for failing to prioritise legal immigrants over illegal.

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered
September 30th 2016: Check cashed
October 3rd 2016: NOA1 received with receipt date of 09/28/16
November 3rd 2016: Biometrics received with appointment date of 11/14/16.
November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

March 15th 2018: ROC approved. 535 days (1 year, 5 months and 17 days)

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 4th 2018: Card mailed out

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.

Report her!!!! The blind eye, and this nonchalant approach to immigration by our present, and past government administrations is why illegal immigration has reached epidemic levels!!!!

You US citizens, and legal residents should be ashamed of your blasé attitude. These government officials elected by the "as long as doesn't affect me" US citizenry have increasingly become a big problem.

Stop being part of the problem, and start trying to be part of a solution!!!!

Jihana, you are so full of wisdom! Clearly, this guy has chosen to table his domestic issues in a public forum such as this. Worse still, he's giving us a one-sided story. We have a saying here that, only a wicked person would sit as judge on a one-sided story. If your tired of your room mate, go get another apartment! What's the big idea bringing her family issues to a public forum? Ok, let's say she go deported, how does that help your own case @ the USCIS. Ever considered what might happen to her children & grand kids, just coz your hating? Quit hating!

A true story. Years ago, I knew a person who got into the US through a sham marriage from the UK. He never spent 1 night with his wife. Lived by getting everyone he met to feel sorry for him. He stole close to $50,000 from me through a sham business deal .I just wanted him out of the US before he scammed anyone else. Living in Atlanta at the time I went to the local INS office there. Someone did end up being treated like a criminal but it wasn't him. I discovered one little fact that day, INS is not there in investigate and deport the criminal foreign element but to protect them. Believe what you will. If you do turn her in do yourself a favor, don't hold your breath expecting anything to happen to her because it never will.

Report them even if they do nothing you have done the right thing. Those people that say leave the criminal alone doesn't deserve to be here either so ignore them

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Report her. She came to the country illegally and despite being given a second chance with DACA, she is still in immigration proceedings through no one's fault but herself, and now she is trying to get out of it by committing fraud.

I would say report her ONLY if you have actual proof and not just her word. You should only take the time if you have actual physical evidence and not just her word against your word as that would be wasting the USCIS' time.

Only you can decide what is in YOUR best interests. If I had the proof, I would file a report and then move on with my life by moving out and having nothing to do with her anymore.

Good luck,

Dave

In a little different situation ICE told my husband that if he didn't have proof they couldn't and wouldn't do anything about illegals just as D & R suggests.

I agree with Darnell, report it. You've been far enough along in this process to know that it is HARD, A CHALLENGE and absolutely OVERWHELMING. To remove just one scammer from the system is a plus. It has nothing to do with karma or God or anything like that-- contrary to what people may believe, you are doing the right thing :)

Talking about those who support her should not be here makes me wonder where

should I leave my birth country and go like those making that statement, huh?

As I say I don't condone it but this one-sided hate now being shown is hypocritical

did he just found out this morning ...I don't think so, but jealousy is a devils

paradise, U R no paragon of virtue, U should have reported it B4 now not when

your wife process is being drawn out, so the reason behind your thoughts to now

report don't make U anything but an aider.

Everyone doing the wrong thing should be accountable however, not out of jealousy but

the right reason, many here told lies,& was at one time themselves illegal. I was born here

and think yes they ought to get at the back of the line, Gad am glad You not a neighbor

or co-worker...lets hope U not getting scammed
