my husband called USCIS today, but he didn't get any answer regarding on our case. does anybody knows how to contact the uscis directly? We are hoping to talk with an officer to discuss about the denial.

You can't just call and talk to anyone. Did he request to talk to a Tier 2 supervisor or did he just talk to who answered the phone? There's only one number for USCIS.

Also have you got the RFE letter in the mail yet? You really need to be patient and wait to get that. They will not discuss it with you or tell you anything until you get that letter. And still they won't tell you a whole lot.

For Philippines, illegitimate children are in the full custody of the mother. Nothing is needed from the bio father even if the father's name is listed on the birth certificate.

We have scheduled for infopass last week. Our appointment is on Friday. We haven't receive tge letter fron uscis yet.

The USC could make an Info Pass appointment which allows him to meet with them in person.

Sure it is. You will see that it is possible to speak to someone at USCIS rather than what you were told before. Now the band wagon begins to fill.

Kathy and Jessie, how are you guys doing? I am new here if you have any update about your daughters case? if you read the instructions of form i-130 you can see the additional evidence for the name change, Thouhg I am new I learned it by reading the instructions.
