psychic anomoly?

ether variations cross the interwebs?

I'll posit it was the known anomoly referenced back in post #1. Computers never turn off, sleep, or are closed. However, state of the casefile changes on them, so bear that in mind as yer reading stuff back at post #1.

the DS-260 should contain the beneficary's information unless it directly pertains to their relative, the petitioner.

There the beneficiary LIVES. Pretend you are the beneficiary filling out this form. There is a point later where it will ask where they plan to live in the USA.

Thanks a lot.

Another question, when it says is your child going to immigrating to the US with you...but our daughter is a USC (through crba process), but lives with her mom (the beneficiary)...would I answer yes to that? But how can a child immigrate to their "respective" country?

No the child is not immigrating. A USC never immigrates to their own country as you've said.

No the child is not immigrating. A USC never immigrates to their own country as you've said.

But the child is coming with the mom, so I am not sure what to put here? She has never come to the states but is coming with her mom for the first time.

Put no, as told before. The child is not immigrating, simply moving. Huge difference.

When I put no, it then asks...is the child immigrating to the US on a later date..do I put no again?

Also there is no option to mention her citizenship status, how would they know she is coming with the mom?

ok, but physically from her that you remember what do i need? i read something about passport pics.

any of you guys here have their case number yet?

Again, the answer you're seeking is in post 2. Go read it.

For the two questions, put no. The child is NOT immigrating.

There's no need to worry about the child; they're a USC and can move to the US since they're a citizen of the country.

NVC is closed due to bad weather today. Has anyone else receive this message on phone?

Just checking in...

No news yet after I received NOA2.

@ Goldensky, Yep, I called today for the first time and I got the same message.

My wife ( beneficiary) is living in Canada and she couldn't request a Singapore Police Clearance yet till we got letter from NVC stating the said requirements.

So, since we are stiil in the process of getting a Case Number, all she can do is gather a Police Clearance in Canada where she lives right now. We have all the civil documents on hand except this police clearance from Singapore. Oh well, let's continue hoping that everything goes well.

My Journey:

March 29, 2013 :PD Dec-20, 2013 USCIS approval date July 28. 2015 (F) (F) (F)Interview Date APPROVED.
