Called to NVC last Wednesday 15th and they told me our case was just complete that day, so how many time do we have to wait for the proper email or advice that is officially complete and then the interview at Juarez?

Thank you in advance

congratulations on the case complete ....i see from your previous posts that you got a checklist my question is when the NVC received your response back about the checklist ?

Technically, with the new I-864 forms, you're supposed to leave things blank if the answer is none or N/A. But, regardless of those instructions, people have still been getting checklists for not writing 'none' or 'N/A', so it might be a good idea to write it in.

Thanks, that's what i suspected, too.

I'm the beneficiary.

Don't have a timeline? Don't know how to get started with it? Do it for the statistics sake: VJ video guide

Filing for a USC spouse visa (IR-1/CR-1) and not sure what comes next? Check out the VJ IR-1/CR-1 guide

Want to know what's happening with your case? Here's the USCIS tracking page (get an account and see if the case's been 'touched'!). Don't get your hopes up though, some cases never even appear there despite being successfully processed.

Question On i-864

Part 6 Q5.

My current individual annual income is:

Iam slightly confused,

should i just put the 2013 annual income, lets says $20000.00 i made ( i got a 500 pay increase in October)

or the new total for 2014 annual income which would be $26000

$26000 sounds better,

but should i put 2013 annual income or the newer estimated income $26000

Thanks

So my question was missed, but how long on average does it take for NVC to assign case number and IIN number, the operator stated that it will take 10-20 days from the time they receive the case to get the case number.. Our case was received on Jan 13....

Mine was recieved by NVC on Jan 3rd and until today still no case number,

after looking at so many timelines it normally takes a month to get case number

I am filing out the AOS and am a bit confused on part 5, where is asks for the sponsors household size. It says not to count anyone twice... I am sponsoring my husband... Do NOT mark the married box since he was already counted on number 1? I hope this makes sense...

As it states, don't count anyone twice. Although it may not make a lot of sense, put 0 in the married box as your husband has already been accounted for.
