Can someone please tell me why I get this message when I log into pay fees?? I called immediately and the lady dismissed it. I am panicking.

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

Its answered on the first page, I believe in the FAQ. Its not a bad thing, I think it means they're working on it or something, but cannot remember exactly what it said... either way, read the first page and you'll feel better, it does adress this message. No need to panic.

Thank you, I have read so much that I forget what I read. So stressful doing this on my own. If my husband was Justin Bieber (Canadian) he would have been here by now.

That was on our page as well, and like Saylin said, don't panic. In a day or so it will disappear and you'll be able to pay the invoice. I called them too, but don't bother...it'll right itself.

We're waiting for the AOS fee to show as Paid, so we can send in the AOS packet.

Since I'm a self-employed person I don't have a W2 or employment letter to submit. So in addition to a copy of 2012 tax return, 2010 and 2011 transcripts, I wrote a letter explaining I was self-employed and I also included copies of bank statements from 2013, copies of invoices I sent out and was paid for in 2013, and a copy of my business license.

It's a lot of paper, but I was worried that I'd get a checklist otherwise. All that extra stuff...think that's okay, or is it too much?

Does anyone know what the NVC response time is for folks who have opted in for EP and sent this supporting docs via email? The operators at NVC say it'll take max 30 business days to respond to files received electronically. My confirmation email from NVC says 20 business days.

Any ideas on which is correct?

So when I finally move to the US I am actually bringing my job with me. Basically my company has Canadian and US offices so I'm going to be doing the same position from home in the US and they are switching me to the US payroll. Should I include myself as income on the i-864?

Hello everyone...

Is thr anyone with CR1 visa type.. waiting for interview date???

Go to the bottom of the first post. There's an interview thread where people with case completes are waiting for interview dates.

Hi everyone.. I am waiting for my case to complete.. We paid IV on 20 December 2013.. NVC received our packet on 27dec.. how much time they need to review?? how long it will take to complete case???

Plzzz helpp me.. m so tensed.......

Your answers can be found in post 2.

No need to panic ;) Read the FAQ in post 2 :)

In my opinion: it's better to send too much than too little!

So when I finally move to the US I am actually bringing my job with me. Basically my company has Canadian and US offices so I'm going to be doing the same position from home in the US and they are switching me to the US payroll. Should I include myself as income on the i-864?

Only if your income is needed to meet the poverty guidelines.

I should be getting my case number soon, i will call tonight, it's been about 20 working days so far,

I just want to know after you get your case number, whats the next step? what do you do next?
