NVC Filers - January 2014

Hi pls help. My agency told me to send a single name and married name NBI's to NVC. And another set of it to present during interview. I went to NBI and acquired one married name NBI only. Coz nbi won't allow me to get a single name nbi. I'm so confused....

I applied and got my clearance today. I used my single name but it says on the clearance that I'm married. It's up to you to choose whether you use your single or married name. You'll have that option on the application form.

No, we haven't yet. The fee has been marked as paid though already in the system. We still have to collect some stuff for it. Hopefully we can send it end of next week or the week after.

They will only give you one application form so you'll only get one clearance.

You can try applying on a different day with your married name tho.

Nope. Just my single name because we haven't reported our wedding in the US to the Phil Embassy yet

Just tried to login to see If I could pay the AOS yet and got this message. I called immediately and the woman shrugged it off.

Nope,i put single on the status box.When my husband filed for I-130 we used my maiden name and also all of my Valid ID's like passport is still my maiden name and status is single.

My question is about AOS I have three application my wife and two minor daughters. I read I just have to pay one fee for AOS how do this and show it for all the applications. Thanks

Hi everyone.. I am waiting for my case to complete.. We paid IV on 20 December 2013.. NVC received our packet on 27dec.. how much time they need to review?? how long it will take to complete case???
