Yes (unless it expires before the interview, in which another one will be needed at the interview).

Yes we will use EP..Lawyer knows about that.Lawyer also said that the N.V.C.usally sends him the In-Voice E-Mail and he would forward it to me..to pay.

My answer remains the same,as to 'when'.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

My husband and I got approved on Dec 31 at TSC and we still have not been transferred to NVC yet. We called once and they said it has been taking four to six weeks, but that I should call them every week just to check.

Got approved last dec16,2013 at tsc. And they just shipped last jan 9,2014 to nvc.

USCIS STAGE:

August 17, 2013 - I-130 sent

August 22, 2013 - noa1

November 22, 2013 - tranferred to TSC

December 16, 2013 - approved

December 19, 2013 - noa2 hardcopy

January 09, 2014 - shipped to NVC

NVC STAGE:

January 17, 2014 - case received

February 24, 2014 - case number received

February 25, 2014 - IIN and BIN received

March 01, 2014 - ds 261 completed

March 05, 2014 - aos invoice and paid (in process)

March 07, 2014 - aos shows paid

March 22, 2014 - iv bill paid (in process)

Hi, was just approved last night. PD 3/22/13, transfer to TSC 11/15/13. Anybody know about how long it's been taking texas to transfer cases to NVC after noa2?

Hey Texas seems to take the longest time when it comes to mailing the petitions out. I was approved on Dec. 4th and they mailed it on Dec. 31st. Hoping it will be faster for you.

Yes, I agree. Seems like Texas reps are walking the petitions from TSC to New Hampshire. Anyway, the hard copy that I received around December 12th said that my case was already send to the NVC. Then I received an email on January 1st that it was shipped to NVC.

USCIS is so deceiving.
