I have great news......we got case complete at NVC yesterday!!!!!!dancin5hr.gif I'm so excited and now we are just waiting for interview to be scheduled!!!!!! Cant contain my excitement, I know others are having a hard time, and i feel for you because we have been there too. Everyone will get their turn. I really think it might be possible to be together for our one year Anniversary on March 15th!!! Fingers crossed!goofy.gif

congratulations...can you tell me when you submitted the IV package to the NVC and when they got it into the system?

They showed that they received my IV packet on Dec. 16th, I sent it on the 12th. Up until today they said that it hadnt been reviewed yet, but on monday the rep told me to call back in a few days so he must of known something, when does NVC ever say to call back in a few days! i wasnt expecting a case complete until the end of the month, but I surely am not complaining.

finally nvc received our case,all three.... the nice lady says they received it two days ago so that was last tue, the day i didn;t call them.....

anyone here, for the AOS of the 2 minors, the form to be fill up is i864W right? does husband need to include the tax transcript?

Hi,

The DS 261 forum is finally available to fill out, but NVC said that I can't fill it out until they send me an email to do so and that will take 10-20 business days.. They also said if I fill it out I won't be able to submit it.. Do I really have to wait for their email to come?

I filled out mine yesterday and i was able to submit it right away..i didnt wait for any email

So I just received this email from NVC but still cannot login to do forms or pay fees.

I was told today that my case completed yesterday and that we are now waiting for our interview to be scheduled!

Yay, Ill take that honor!!! As far as the embassy, Kinshasa isnt an option for some reason. ranting33va.gif It gives me Armenia as a default. crying.gif Ive tried contacting the administrator to add Kinshasa, DRC, but have not received any response.ClockWatch2.gif I am certain there is an American Embassy in Kinshasa because I visited there when I was in Congo in March 2013. Maybe you know who to talk to to get it fixed!!! idea9dv.gif And thanks for adding me to the list. this messege shows that Application Error!! You have encountered problem of an application error. Why this messege is being showed??
