I have Paid an AOS bill on Jan 02.. Still not yet show paid status? Is it normal?

Another question is After paying AOS, IV bill will be generated or before anytime?

It's only been one business day since you paid, that's normal. It can take a few business days.

And as NLR said, there are two paths: AOS and IV. Neither has anything to do with the other. I suggest you click on the flowchart (linked both in post 1 as well as in my signature below) that will give you a visual of these two paths. After you've looked at the flowchart, go back to posts 1 and 2 and re-read everything.

My estimate is 2-4months.. Basing on vj members who are already done with the process. And i think it also depends on how alert we are when it comes to responding to nvc.

Oct 25 - transferred file to Lee Summit Missourri? It's where our case was filed

Nov 5 - being processed at a local USCIS office

Nov18 - change of address updated

Nov 20 - finally! NOA 2

Nov 22 - received hardcopy of change of address

Nov 23 - NOA 2 hardcopy

Dec 21 - MNL Case number and IIN generated

Dec 23 - AOS fee bill invoice

Dec 26 - Deposited AOS fee bill

Dec 28 - IV fee bill invoice

Dec 30 - AOS shows PAID

You pay the medical fee at the medical. For the Philippines, you're able to do advance medicals (once you receive the first initial information package from NVC), so you can get the medical done now if you wish.

Only include pay stubs from CURRENT employment. The purpose of pay stubs (and the employment letter) is to prove current income, so it doesn't make sense to provide them for old jobs.

P.S. Instead of including all your important dates in every single post, put it in your signature.

Do I really have to send the original documents to my husband like police clearance, birth cert, marriage cert for the IV package or is it fine if I scan it and send it via email? But i still need to include my photographs.. Thank you

Unfortunately, NVC requires originals/certified copies. The only people that can scan and email packages are those from eligible countries, the Philippines not being one of them. The list of eligible countries is in the first post.
