I just called NVC they gave me my case number and beneficiary ID number and invoice ID number. yehey!!! Im moving forward again!! yehey!!!

December 21, 2011 - Got Married in the Philippines

December 21, 2012 - Went back in the Philippines for first anniversary.

June 11, 2013 - I-130 sent

June 17, 2013 - NOA1

November 21, 2013 - Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center

December 5, 2013 - I-130 approved via email

December 9, 2013 - receive hard copy of NOA2

receive email that case was shipped to NVC

NVC

January 6, 2014 - NVC received the case ( no case number yet )

January 29, 2014 - Receive case number, invoice and beneficiary ID number

February 7, 2014 - DS261 available online and submitted

February 10, 2014 - received an email regarding AOS processing fee bill invoice

February 10, 2014 - was able to pay AOS online

Februay 12, 2014 - AOS showed PAID on line/ AOS package sent ( one day delivery)

February 13, 2014 - NVC received the package

February 18, 2014 - AOS was entered in the system

February 24, 2014 - received an email to pay IV fee, paid IV fee, IV fee in process

February 27, 2014 - DS-260 available online, completed and filed up. IV package sent (one day delivery)

February 28, 2014 - IV package received at the "dock"

March 4, 2014 - IV package was entered to the system

March 7, 2014 - Received a checklist for AOS (GGGGRRRRRR!!!!)

March 10, 2014 - Respond to the checklist ( sent package via UPS)

March 11, 2014 - Package received @ the dock

March 19, 2014 - IV package and DS260 approved (via phone call)

March 27, 2014 - Case Completed ( called NVC 2X just to make sure, now waiting to be forwarded to Manila Embassy Yehey!!!)

March 26, 2014 - Early Medical (No problem however hubby needs to go back to St Luke's for the vaccinations once his renewed passport arrived )

May 11, 2014 - Hubby's Flight from Philippines to USA (yahoo!!!! 2 more days!!! I will be with him forever!!!)

I too keep hearing from NVC it will upto 8 weeks for NVC to receive the approved I130 from USCIS (my I130 was approved on Jan 14!)

May be they have a courier walking across the country to deliver the approved I130 to NVC :-)

AOS question: Is it okay to submit printouts of the tax transcript from http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript or does my husband need to submit the official hardcopy? Will I also need the original for the interview or will the printout suffice?

I too keep hearing from NVC it will take up to 8 weeks for NVC to receive the approved I130 from USCIS (my I130 was approved on Jan 14!)

NVC received the case 15 days after approval from USCIS!

Called NVC just now and got my case number.

NOA2 approved on 1/22/14. Called NVC several times in the last three days. Most of the time the phone just gave a busy signal. This evening 7:00 pm in California got hold of a person. Gave her the MSC#. She said the case is not in their system yet. It could take up to 8 weeks from the NOA2 approval date, although it could be sooner.

So I guess I will be calling every other day from now on.

Can't wait any more ....

Hi there.

I'm the USC and am with my husband in Australia

waiting (wading) through the NVC process.

Our approved app was sent to NVC on 1/27.

I'm trying to prepare all our documents and have

a few questions:

I was told by an NVC agent today that I had to

file one of the 4 AOS forms (1-864, 1-864a, 1-864ez,

Or 1-864w). I am self-employed and can't see (after reading)

which form I use. He stated it HAS to be one of those 4.

Does anyone know?

Also, can I just print my tax transcripts out from

the IRS site and send them 'as is' in my AOS packet?

Or do I need an American consular employee (since we are in

Australia) notarize them?

And finally, I must exit Australia at the end of March.

Which, according to latest NVC processing times, -- our

application will probably not be processed by then.

My husband and I were thinking that we could wait out the

process in NZ.

Has anyone changed there Consular/embassy address

for their interview and visa completion?

Just done calling NVC checking if they reviewed our checklist on AOS and IV. She said, IV checklist was received Jan.21 and AOS checklist was just received today and give them 30 working days to review everything. Oh Lord, more patience pleaseenergy.gif

Nov.8, 2013 - AOS & IV payment status " IN PROCESS"
Nov.12,2013- AOS & IV payment status "PAID"
Nov.21,2013- DS-260 submitted
Dec.9,2013 - AOS & IV package sent
Dec.13,2013- False checklist received. Called NVC to confirm and they said just ignore it. Its like a confirmation
they received our documents.
Jan.14,2014 - Called NVC and heared our document was reviewed Jan.9 - and we got a checklist
on AOS & IV.

Jan.15,2014- Received official email checklist

Jan.15,2014- Responded to IV checklist in the afternoon. Sending my NBI CLEARANCE (again) Thru FedEx.

Jan 17,2014- NVC received FedEx document at 9:40a.m. signed by G.Peters

Jan 17,2014- Hubby took a half day off at work to dropped off personally to the lawyer's office, a checklist on his
AOS.

Jan.21,2014- IV checklist reviewed

Jan. 29,2014- AOS checklist reviewed

Feb. 20, 2014 - CASE COMPLETE

Feb. 27, 2014 - Received Official Email..Case Complete

Feb, 28, 2014 - Received P4

April 1, 2014 - INTERVIEW DATE 9:30a.m.
