You have two options:

File now and use 2013/2014 current income, then use 2010, 2011, and 2012 for past tax incomes

Wait to file after 2013 taxes have been filed, then use 2014 as current income, and 2011, 2012, and 2013 as past tax incomes

Thank you Saylin for the quick reply.

Saylin, we are going to submit evidences of bonafide marriage along with the IV packet later. What i want to know is should we send those evidences in originals or a copy is fine. We'll be including Insurance documents which has his name as the beneficiary and vice versa, 3-4 letters and cards addressed to both of us from friends and family, western union transcripts, skype chat logs and more pictures.I dont want them to lose the documents.Would it be ok to send only copies of evidences and get original for interview?.Also if we submit everything now then for the interview i wouldnt have much evidences to show.is it fine?

We do not have a joint account in US as I have never been there however he has updated my name as the beneficiary for the money that he has in his account. Is it worth getting letter from his bank stating me as beneficiary?? Thanks.

I have a question if anyone has been able to put there wife on a Debt card. I am just a NOA2 approved stage was wondering if this is possible. I have been able to put her name on two credit cards. I am still visiting my wife so do not have any update about my case in NVC. My NOA2 was approved December 23 and sent on December 26. I will be back home in February so I hope that is enough time for my case to be processed. Then ready to summit more document and pay more money. LOL. I was wondering should we do another spread sheet to track how long this is taking like the March chart I was one. It helped to at lease keep track and hope. I wish all a fast process and everyone approvals at their interviews.

Are there any physical signatures required from the beneficiary during the NVC stage? I'm the petitioner and planning on sending in the packet IV on behalf of my wife; is it okay if I sign the cover letter?

No physical signature is required by the beneficiary at the NVC stage

I used the cover letter from the link below

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/DS-230_Cover_Letter

and my IV packet has already been reviewed and accepted.

Good Luck

Is PCC, Passport Clearance certificate or Police Clearance Certificate?

What is required in the IV package, the Police Clearance Certificate or the Passport Clearance?

Is it also called PVC? Police Verification Certificate???

This is the only thing I am bit confused about. Which needs to be sent to the NVC in the IV package and which is brought at the interview? If anyone has already reached this step, please clarify?

For India, you'll need the "Passport Clearance Certificate" from the passport office. i believe that local police clearance certificate isn't needed anymore by NVC
