Well, if you could make a PDF and send it to her.

I don't know if it makes any difference.....

I didn't send any thing extra....

I did but she still couldn't manage to print them.

Did you have to send petitioner's birth certificate in your IV packet? I haven't read anywhere that its required but my wife's agent wants her to put my birth certificate in her IV packet

Only for IR-5 petitions is the petitioner's birth certificate needed. Please re-review the list here for the IV package: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/submit/documents-to-submit-to-nvc.html

Police Records

Indian Police Clearance Certificates should be obtained as follows:

All Indian IV applicants aged 16 and above, residing in India, should obtain police certificates from the local Passport Office

Only PCC is from Passport Office is requested by NVC.

You'll have to file married. The status is determined on the last day of the year, and in your case, you were married.

"Your filing status is based on your status as of December 31of that filing year. So for tax year 2011, your status is based on your status as of Dec.31, 2011, and not today. If you got married in January, both you and your spouse will file as single filers. If you got married in December, you can't opt to file as a single filer (you can pick married filing separately or married filing jointly."

I've only ever seen it in the IV package as that package is all about the beneficiary. The AOS package is just about the petitioner's financial situation and if they can provide enough for the beneficiary.

But, since both packages are sent to the embassy/consulate, I'm sure that if you include proof of relationship in the AOS package, the CO will still see it before the interview. Just make sure you list what you're sending in the cover letter and I'd suggest putting it at the back of the AOS package. Put a blank sheet of paper on top listing it as proof of relationship, then paperclip that little section all together. Just so it's doubly clear to these folks.

I don't think is required...thoughts?

Required? No. But for some embassies/consulates, it'd a good idea to send proof of relationship evidence as in most cases, the CO decides BEFORE the interview whether to approve or deny the case. So, for higher fraud countries, it's better to send the proof of relationship ahead of time (typically in the IV package, not to mention the original I-130 petition), so the CO can actually see it ahead of time, and increase the chances of approval.
