I think there are too many '1' 's in the list.

That's kind of cool there's an ESTA thingie AND an I-94 - I not know that VWP folk could get an I-94.

Looks like VJ has played with the numbering frormat.

Beats me, however I will write a bit about adjusting from a VWP 'thing'.

Folk who adjust status from VWP (or student visa, or work visa, or tourist visa) have to show more evidence than someone adjusting from a K-1 visa. It's simply 'more stuff'.

The list you've pasted falls into the 'more stuff' category, and 'more stuff' is shown. That's a plus, as since 'more stuff is needed', 'more stuff was shown'.
