new name and address on the AOS?

Have another question.. When we fill out the I-485, are we suppose to put her new married name in the form, and our new address here in the US, or are we still suppose to use the same information as we gave on the initial petition for the visa?

Hey Song - Look at it this way - The I129f was filed by the US citizen to petition for you to come here. The I485 is being filed by you (the spouse of the US citizen) to adjust your status to a Legal US Resident. Good Luck

When you re-order checks from your bank after having moved or changed your name, do you continue to order the checks using the old address or the old name?

New Name & New Address.......

you don't want everything to be returned to you at your old address because you have put a non-US address as they will think you are no longer in the USA.....
