Has anyone used this service to file a CR-1? I am debating whether I should do the paperwork myself or hire them to do it. It would be much less expensive if I do it but there may be less *headache* involved if they do it. Opinions please! :)

please use the advanced search tool,

when logged in from a PC,

nowish.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Any service would still require you to gather and submit the exact same info needed to file the case. That service then becomes a filter for your info which simply slows down the process.

Most people here were able to fill out the forms and submit the other info with some help from other members.

Best advice is to do it yourself but have a lawyer check everything. Then send it in yourself, the lawyer/service will be nothing but an extra middleman.

Better to have control over the process yourself (unless you have a complicated case, waivers etc..) you will do all the work anyway using a lawyer as you are the only one that can provide them the info... Use the guides here on VJ ... Hassles and worry are a part of the immigration process, no way to avoid... But you will worry less and better piece of mind having control of process...
