Dave and Lily,

First off, no vaccinations are "required" for the K-1 Fiance Visa. However, your Fiance will need the requisite vaccinations for adjustment of status (AOS), once you are married in the US. If the Panel Physician insists on certain vaccinations, you have a clear exemption due to the pregnancy. Yes people, certain panel physicians do take it upon themselves to insist on certain vaccinations, prior to medical clearance. A good argument and supporting documentation will dispel this problem.

Best of luck in your ongoing process!!

Hi! as a K-1 Visa applicant here in the Philippines, we are required to have our medical exam 1 week before our visa interview. It is required. Vaccines are for measles, chicken pox and other things. If she wanted to have a shot in her country, she must not get pregnant within 3 months becuase it will affect the baby. If she want to have a shot in the US, it will be ok. But here, mostly applicants wants to have a shot here because all the shots are included in the payment for medical exams and expensive to have separate shot in the US.

Hope It will help..Happy holiday!
