I received through email yesterday I look at one more time as we go back for I 864 of my mother application as we believed we fill it up correctly those only applicable to us and the rest we put N/A but we aren't sure other things that they looking for on I-864 anyone can give me some input , how and what else they need thank you pal

This is the part you messed up on. Do the form over, make sure the amount in here is correct by double checking your tax transcripts and your 1040 (or 1040ez)

so just the part 6 only that I need to fix and re submit the whole form pages (1-9) at those the rest of part question as it mention are fine?

That's correct what ever your total income is that what you put do not put AGI income because there is a difference make sure you check to see that you do it correctly and yes you must do the whole form over. with all 9 pages.

thanks florida yes I agree with you and also from other post as it mention, I spoke to NVC lady asking about the checklist she said only those have mark with [x] that need to fixed and they only on 13.a.1 question the total income not the AGI... I feel relief when she cleard that on me meanwhile were question move to my child status, I was told that theyre waiting of the case to get complete and set the interview soon, apparently she also said that if my child had already schedule for interview they can expedite my wife case once it received all the missing documents and confirm,

apologize for double posting I have a follow up question in regards to I -864form ,as per instruction from correspondence letter do I need to put the case number every pages on the right upper corner?

You should have a cover sheet that they sent you with the checklist. Yes upper right or left corner.
