Alhamdulilah With the blessings of Allah, my husband got his passport with visa but now I have a problem, my husbands visa expires around February the second week, and I am only 5 weeks pregnant , ad on bed rest, how many days before is my husband suppose to go to the USA,? Is there any way they can give my husband more time on the visa? Or should I just go and get some special care from airport , taking letter from my OBGYN ?

I am not sure I understand... do you have a visa too and want to fly with your husband, but cannot due to bedrest? I am very surprised they put you on bedrest so early in the pregnancy, does thre doctor expect this to last all your pregnancy? If you are with your husband and unable to fly as it would risk the pregnancy, then with letters from your doctor stating so your husband could ask to have his visa re-issued; he must do this before his current one expires.

Or are you asking how quickly he can use the visa? If the latter, he can fly tomorrow.

OP where R U...R U flying or just hubby?

he has 6 mths from the day he got visa in

PP to enter the US.

If U R currently in your husband country R

they not qualified to stabilize a 5 wks pregnancy

allowing U to get a straight flight out, or Y not

allow your husband to travel to the US & activate

his immigrant visa at POE then U could follow?

If U R in good health U can travel pregnant up to

6 mths.
