K2 with no father

My partner and I are starting the K1 process and we're trying to get all our heavy paperwork out of the way before we begin. The problem is that I have 2 children between the ages of 7-10. I have read that I need signed affidavits from their fathers to say they're allowed to leave the country. Their fathers are unknown due to giving false information, so there is no fathers on the birth certificates, I don't get child support and I haven't seen or heard from either of them since I was pregnant. Getting affidavits is just not possible and I'm guessing my situation isn't all that unique. I haven't been able to find any Australian specific information about what I'm supposed to do, but want to make sure I have my bases covered.

Does anyone know what extra steps I'm going to need to take? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
