Hi!

I filed two separate I-130 petitions for my father and mother. I already paid the AOS fee and 2 IV fees last May 23. I made a mistake waiting for NVC's instruction to submit AOS. I didn't know that I can submit the AOS form once the status of my payment is PAID. Now, I'm running out of time and mad at myself because of the mistake I did.

I really need your help.

I'm confuse whether to submit 2 separate I-864 forms, one for my father and one for mother. Or should I only submit 1, use my father as the principal immigrant and put my mother as a family member on part 3 of the I-864.

I'm also submitting I-864A. This will be filled-up by my spouse, right?!

I really appreciate all the help and instructions that you will give me. Thanks and God bless!

Yes, you need to signed 2 separate I-864 and your husband needs to fill-out and signed 2 I-864a. You can mail the forms in the same envelope with all supporting documents. Have you submitted your IV documents?

^ thanks for the reply. So for my father's AOS, do I put my mother on Part 3 family member 1 and vice versa?! Or should I leave the part 3 family member questions blank for both AOS since its a separate petitions?

I haven't submitted my IV documens, I just found out this week that I can submit these documents once I paid the fees. I thought I have to wait for an instruction. I wasted 7 months. :-( For now, I'm still gathering the document and prioritizing submission of their AOS.
