USCIS Won't Accept a Report of Dissolution of Marriage

I requested a copy of my divorce decree from the State of Florida. They sent me a "Certification of Report of Dissolution of Marriage." I submitted the document with my I-130. I got an RFE saying that it is insufficient. It says I must submit a document that says "Divorce Decree." However, the State of Florida does not provide such a document. I think I have to go the actual county (Leon County) to get such a document. However, Leon County has a pathetic web site and does not provide any information on how to acquire the document. I'll have to call them tomorrow. Hopefully it won't take too long. By the way, the Embassy in Manila accepted the "Certification of Report of Dissolution of Marriage" to prove my divorce when I applied for our daughter's CRBA.

Yeah I had to go through Orange County to get the final divorce decree....for two of them. :/ Its acually faster to do by phone then you dont have to go through the weird online payment portal. I think it cost me less than $10 with the rush! You are doing great staying ahead of this stuff.
