I used a manila envelope, so the papers aren't folded. And used a PS form 3811 through usps ( in NY it's a green postcard) that gets attached to your envelope and someone signs it when it's received and the postcard is sent back to you with the signature.

Hi which envelope should I use to send petition and how to use usps post box to mail petition I am scared lose it any advice how did u guys send it?

Use a USPS envelope. I used EXPRESS MAIL. Go to the Post Office in your area. Don't drop it in a box...? Make SURE you get a TRACKING number. This is critical.

God Bless,

Happy New Year

Any method with tracking will work just fine. Do Not request a signature. The local post master told me a signature request can create delays in delivery. Usually the problem is finding a person to sign for it. If you get a security guard, what good does that do you.

Additionally, a couple days after delivery you should see your check getting cashed. That is your sure sign they received it.

Priority is very fast within the US. We sent ours on a Friday, from Georgia, and it arrived the following Monday. Be sure to get a tracking number.

Yeah this is true. We live in Hawaii so we used Express service and it got to it's destination in 2 working days.

I used the Priority Mail legal size flat rate envelope. Its $5.75 if you pay at the post office. Its a little cheaper if you pay online and print the label yourself.

What happens if you send it to Lewisville, TX? That's the address they provide if its express mail. I'm uncertain which address to use. Does it matter?

If you send it Priority Mail with tracking number (no signature necessary), then the PO Box address is fine. If, however, you send it in a way that needs a signature (Express Mail), then you need to send it to the address listed for Express Mail, since someone will be able to sign for it. Sending mail that needs a signature to a PO Box means that the USPS will leave a notice, which will delay things.
