I-864EZ form

Hello guys, I am not at this stage but just getting ready to fill out my I-864 EZ form. If anyone could please help me with few questions I'll appreciate it. On part 3 for place of residence do I need to fill it out if its same as my mailing address, or should I put N/A on each field or just leave it blank? Same thing with part 7 (information on prepares) if I am the one who prepared it, do I need to feel out his information or leave it blank or N/A? Do I have to put N/A on each sub section or just the first part of the question?

Part 3 line 9 states:

Place of Residence

(if different from

mailing address)

If mailing and residence are the same no need to file this out again. But you could.

Part 7. Information on Preparer, if prepared by someone other than the sponsor.

If you are the Petitioner, you do not need to file this out.

Fill it out N/A for residence if it is same as mailing address. I got and RFE and I know two other people who got the same for not filling it out. You will save 15 days.

Yes you should put your adjusted gross income from your federal tax form.

on the part 3 (residence) you can write your address twice even is the same ,dont leave it blank . i did the same thing and i get a checklist for it.on part 7 i put n/a .and they accept it .good luck

MY QUESTION IS

is the adjusted gross income will be followed as per poverty guide lines rules or the individual annual income [ please advise and let me know ]

The adjusted gross income if you file 1040EZ and the gross income if you file the 1040. It depends on what form you use to file.

Also on the I-864EZ do not leave any lines blank. Put none or n/a where appropriate.
