I have been consistently unable to get the site to work with both Internet Explorer and Firefox. I was able to view my status after viewing the site in Internet Explorer's "compatibility mode" though -- thankfully!! Depending on which version of IE you're using, look it under Tools / Compatibility Settings after you go to the main CEAC site and then add the site (state.gov) to the compatibility list.
