Hi, the answer is yes. You need to fill another form, the DS-261, this is choice of address and agent.

Hi I'm not sure, but I think you can summit for him. Every DS Form are for the beneficiary, so the signature will be of the beneficiary.

In all the precious guides I read, I find this two screenshots about forms DS-260 & DS-261 , maybe this can help you.

Hi I'm not sure, but I think you can summit for him. Every DS Form are for the beneficiary, so the signature will be of the beneficiary.
