Timeline

hi everyone! i'm on K1 visa and we just got married last week. I'm working now on my AOS and need to be sure of all the forms i need to fill up. I believe that i have to prepare the G-325A,I-864, I-485 and I-765. Do all these papers goes to one address? thanks so much!

2005-02-08: met in yahoo

2005-02-20: started talking on the phone

2005-06-24: met for the first time in Hongkong

2005-06-25: engagement!!!

2005-08-10: started working on the annulment

2005-10-17: first visit in the philippines

2006-02-28: Got my final decree of the annulment

2006-03-03: second visit in the philippines

2006-03-16: sent I-129F to CSC

2006-03-24: received NOA1

2006-06-23: received IMBRA RFE

2006-06-24: third visit in the philippines to celebrate

our anniversary

2006-07-06: IMBRA RFE reply

2006-07-28: Touched!

2006-07-31: Touched Again! (Morning)

2006-07-31: NOA2 Approved!!!

Further, the question was asked in another thread "Do i mail all 3 of our applications together?". The response was:

You can and should send all three applications together to the Chicago Lockbox. You do not need to file for I-485 and then wait for receipt notice.

As for the I-765, since you will be filing concurrently with the I-485, you must put ( c )(9) for Q.16

For payment, use one check for I-485 + Biometrics and separate checks for each I-765.

April 4, 2007 - Our Wedding Day!

April 12, 2007 - Apply for SS card with married name

April 20, 2007 - Received SS card

AOS

June 4, 2007 - Mailed AOS

June 6, 2007 - USCIS received

June 11, 2007 - NOA1 for I-485

July 18, 2007 - Biometrics completed

July 20, 2007 - Case transferred from MSC to CSC

July 31, 2007 - AOS Approved - 57 days - Without an Interview!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !
