interview appointment date

I just submitted packet 3 to US Embassy in cambodia. After they receive packet 3 will they automatically schedule interview date? Or do I need to contact them directly or schedule myself online. I'm a little confused.

They will set interview for you you can check on the us cambodian website. And packet 4 is the notice they send out to let you know the offical date which for me I didn't get p4 almost a month

I didnt get a email or anything yet just look up my case number on us cambodian wensite to know my interview date been almost a month

I find out my interview date on websites didnt get anu email or nothing still waiting in packet 4 letter been almost a month

Thanks for all your input. In the meantime we can gather the rest of documents needed for interview such as medical and police clearance.

US Embassy in Cambodia will not send emails due to privacy concerns. They will notify the petitioner ONLY via post. However, you can check on the US Embassy website for interview dates/times. Expect your interview roughly 2 months from receipt of Packet 3. Note, if you do have any questions, I found emailing the embassy always brought a response within 3 working days. They were very responsive & helpful to me.

yes i found out that emailing the Embassy is the best way to contact them since it is tough to get through when calling. Does anyone know how often the interview schedule get update on their website. i received an email stating they sent packet 4 to me with interview date.
