My fiancé and I are in the process of gathering all our evidence together for our new petition which is from the trip I made in October have my check list and so far so good smile.png. My question is we based our last petition (which was denied based on lack of material evidence) on my trip in 2009 do I include any evidence from that trip or just stick to the more recent I have, any advice would be appreciated goofy.gif

Yes, any evidence period, regardless of timeline is good. By putting in evidence from that long ago you show longevity in the relationship. However, make sure you put in recent evidence (last 2 years) to show that the relationship has been ongoing. Good luck and let me know if you need anything else!
