She was a high-priced call girl who claims she got choked out by Eliot Spitzer and pimped out by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

And she has shared her story exclusively with the Daily News.

Over six wildly turbulent years, Rebecca Woodard went from making thousands of dollars a day working for two of the city's most notorious madams to wearing a wire to help bring down one of them, she told The News, speaking out for the first time in a wide-ranging, exclusive interview.

Manhattan prosecutors actually insisted she continued seeing clients while working undercover — and then forced her to turn over all of her earnings and gifts, Woodard says in her talk with The News.

Through it all, she balanced another role: crusading mother. A costly custody fight over her daughter prompted her to enter the escort business and served as her guiding light as she maneuvered to get out of it.

Woodard, writing as Rebecca Kade, tells her story in her new, brutally honest memoir, "Call Girl Confidential."

"I'm not a victim. I think people misuse that term," Woodard, 37, tells The News inside her elegant Manhattan apartment. "Some crappy things happened. It really breaks my heart because there's some seriously difficult things (I've experienced)."

"If there's anything I accomplished, I took my situation and figured out what I did wrong, what I could have done better, how could I make myself a better person because of it and never make those poor decisions again," she adds. "And I really hope that I can shed a little light onto a world that you just don't want to go into."

It's a ridiculous suggestion promoted by ridiculous people. The guy is clearly quite obnoxious, his political leanings have nothing to do with that fact.

Being a hooker, high end or not, is very definitely a dangerous occupation, not one that people would engage in if they had other, better options open to them. Selling sex is rather a sleazy gig.

Not saying that Spitzer has any chance of becoming President should have any chance but your reasoning seems rather odd - which, to be fair, it does most of the time. Seem to recall that the Gipper was left and divorced by his first wife and he still became President. Oh, but I forgot. Only Republicans get to do that.

FWIW, Heidi Fleiss was much better looking.

I guess nothing if what gets your rocks off is seeing other people suffering, that said, the call girl was clearly upset by the experience, paid for her complicity or not. As for your assessment of who's better looking than who, it's worth nothing, zip, zero. No one cares.
