I read the other post with a similar case. Yes, you can correct it and give them a proof.

Yes, I remember one Vjer here did mistake one of her documents - I am not sure which one-. She told the CO that something error on the paper and the CO looked at it ask her to get it corrected.

Your case is still at NVC have you called NVC and asked the form to be corrected? Why not start there.

If they can't correct than you tell CO at interview nothing else you can do. No it doesn't delay or stop your interview. But do call NVC.
