have you ever been refused a u.s. visa, been refused admission to the united states, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?

Answer in the form (NO)

But before this time ( refused a u.s. visa)

Are all the items in question mean rejection of the port of entry or is it actually the wrong answer. And must be Yes ???

refused Visa Study

If you were resfused in one visa before this aplication, then you have to answer yes.

I undestand that you are asking if you were refused in the study visa, if you have to answer yes.

It is clear that if you were refused before it doesnt matter what kind of visa you have to answer yes.
