I have a question????, For those of you know about NOA2

as far as I-134 is concerned. and them asking me to verify my income.....I had asked the internal revenue to send me my tax statements for the last year, and although this is not a W-2 per say....do you think this will qualify as revelent evidence?

We are awaiting our RFE which i suspect will be for more evidence of meeting because I didn't include boarding passes etc in original application. If it is that I could only find 2 flight iternarys and confirmations and only 1 boarding pass which shows me leaving the states to come back to London in march. I'm also going to include my passport stamps again. Was wondering if I should include flight iternarys and boardings passes from my fiancées trip to London to see me, which I paid for, in June which is AFTER our file date? I'm also bringing her over again to see me in October so will have iternary and confirmation for that also which I could also send in. I know they say to send in proof of meeting within 2 years of application but because I didn't keep all that's stuff and only have a few bits will sending ones made after applaication help in anyway?

To a moderator: What isn't good about this thread is it's extremely convoluted. Yes there is a lot of good information people have provided here and I thank them for that. But instead of people just saying "We got an RFE for such and such," people come on here and start posting questions when they haven't received RFEs, or adding information about other things. It would be better to have a thread where people just state EXACTLY what they had an RFE for. With all this other information, it's difficult for people to follow it and to really call this a master list. Not trying to rouse anyone who posted questions, just my opinion.

Hi fellow VJs,

I know I should not be very worried about not getting the NOA2 at this time coz it's been 15 days only since I replied with my RFE(August 7). I am just constantly following threads about most members getting the approval within 2 weeks...

My fiance received an RFE last week and it included information which had been sent in with the application such as: proof of his marriage cancellation (divorce), financial information and a letter of intent to marry me. Could it just be an oversight or is it possible that they need more detailed information?

We got an RFE because they wouldn't accept our typed and signed Intent of Marriage letters, they wanted them handwritten. They also would not accept my Fiance's visa photos, he did them himself, following exactly to the instructions, but they threw them back and he had to get them done at the local pharmacy. They also would not accept his photocopy of his birth certificate, the requested a certified copy, which we are now waiting for
