Well, for everyone's info...

My NOA 1 date was March 20th, and today, July 25th, I received notice of a RFE. I am resolved to just do what they want and give them what they request. The tough part is I received notice via email but I have no idea what they want, until I receive the notice in the mail!!!

But this will give you an idea of how fast they are processing at CSC...127 days today. good luck, everyone. I'm hanging in there....

I sent my response to the RFE in on Friday July 13th(crossing my fingers it wouldn't be bad luck) and it was rec'd on Monday July 16th. On Thursday July 19th I got the email that our application had been approved!! Yipeeee...now on to interview. Anyone who has been through this know how long it takes to get to interview?

I sent my response to the RFE in on Friday July 13th(crossing my fingers it wouldn't be bad luck) and it was rec'd on Monday July 16th. On Thursday July 19th I got the email that our application had been approved!! Yipeeee...now on to interview. Anyone who has been through this know how long it takes to get to interview?

Congratulation Melissa , as regard to interview time it is different from US Embassy located in one country to another, just be patient and good luck

Did you study in IU?. I wanna find someone who was possibly studied there around 1994 or 1995, She was my fiance baby sitter. Her sure name is Yuan, She is a Chinese from Beijing and It's likely her father is a professor in IU (professor Yuan). If you know someone who can help me find her, please let me know. Good luck in finding your fiancé baby sister, if she was reported as missing, when you come to USA you could inquire the authority where she was reported missing.

I thought CSC is slow but after i got the approval, i realize they were doing it fastly. They do it fast when you response fast and slow when you are slow,don't you think so?.

Your case was moving faster than mine, my fiance sent the response to the RFE on July 12, received July 16, reviewed on July 17, approved on July 24. let's keep each other updated.

No, he is not my father in-law and the woman is not my fiance baby sister but baby sitter, my fiance is US born American. My fiance just lost contact with her, she is like a sister for him.

Congrats to you! That is great. Go CSC, I hope VSC is as kind to me. Do you mind me asking what your RFE was for? You would be best informed to go to Portals and look up the info for your Country there. My fiance is from Ireland and they tend to get an interview on the quicker side. Good luck to you! and YAY!
