Oh yes!! That's what we're doing and we have someone to help us. Even if it's the case, I make sure I read about the papers that are needed!

Any idea about the boarding pass, how to get them?

I didnt save any of my boarding passes. I mean they get lost and think its understanding. What I did make sure to send copies of all my passport pages. But you can also get copies of your itineraries if you did it online , if you have any emails or confirmation codes you can still find them. I would just make sure to make copies of your passport.

Lucky, my fiance have most of the receipts. My case status is RFE response review by July 17, hopefully approved within one month and everything goes fastly and easily. *fingers cross*

Yup, my fiance actually sent the petition to Texas but it transfered to California. We are in the same boat. Let's keep each other updated!

They should work faster, if they need evidence they should send the RFE within 5 months, 5 months is supposed to be the decision time not RFE. I don't understand why do they take 5 months to send RFE. Where do you live?. My fiance is in Colorado Springs, we might have the wedding there too.

It is normal procedure to get RFE after the end of the processing time/days of his/her type of petition, no one got it before that. RFE could be for simple issue ( missed signature) or request for more evidences that needed to adjudicat the petition. Patient is the key through this long journey.

I have seen people got it before the end of the processing day and it's written 5 months in their website is the goal (decision). We really need a huge patience. Do you live in Indianapolis?, my future father-in-law lives there.

No I do not live in Indianapolis, but nearby city, Bloomington

At 5 months and almost 3 weeks we got our RFE. Lucky for us, it is a quick fix. I sent my "long form" birth cert. from the hospital and they wanted either my state cert or all of my passport. Hindsight is 20/20. I should have sent all from the start, but thought it was overkill. I was born in Pennsylvania. Each state is different, the state birth cert is a tiny half piece of paper and I did not think it was enough info. So to be safe, send all of the pages of your passport.

Here is to hoping for a quick NOA2 after such a stupid mistake. Good luck to all.

Did you study in IU?. I wanna find someone who was possibly studied there around 1994 or 1995, She was my fiance baby sitter. Her sure name is Yuan, She is a Chinese from Beijing and It's likely her father is a professor in IU (professor Yuan). If you know someone who can help me find her, please let me know. On July 24, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice.

I just checked our case status and got this, i'm so happy, Thanks, God, it's faster than i thought. How about yours?
