Oh poop. Now I'm scared I'll get an RFE. Didn't send the birth certificate of my fiancé and my fiancé threw away the boarding passes of when he came to visit me, so we only have the itineraries :-(

Hi Bella Sade,

we don`t have the boarding passes either but your fiancee should have the stamps in his passport from every visit he made (or you should have stamps in your passport if you visited him), they will prove he visiyed you. That`s what we sent and lots of other people too!Good luck, hoping for good news for all of us!:)

So I have passport stamps (his and mine), boarding passes putting us on the same plane sitting next to each other, train tickets, hotel receipts, date-stamped photos together and date-stamped subway passes in both cities....think that's enough?

Also, for the passport scan of his stamps I'm just including his photo page and the stamp page, should I have him scan his entire passport the way I have to for mine or do you think his photo and stamped page is fine?

Hi Gap1,

that sounds like enough!:)

If you are the USC and he is the nonUSC than his photo and stamp pages are enough!

Good luck!

I fully understand. I'm waiting for my fiance to become a USC. Then start the K-1 process. He has his interview on July 20, so we're soon filing the I-129F petition.

So... hang in there, just like Matt&Kaci said, 9 days - nothing to worry about yet. I'm sure your NOA2 is on its way. Good luck!

+ Always send in the LONG version of the birth certificate (USC) - not the short one. If you only happen to have the short one, include copies of ALL pages of the passport of the US citizen.

+ Always send in your vaccination supplement and medical copies (if obtained) with your AOS. Some countries (like Germany) don't give you any copies of that, so be sure to get them again from a civil surgeon in the USA. It might cost a few dollars.

Also, I would like to add that even though we had two RFEs (one for the K-1 and the other one for AOS), we never complained because RFEs are not a big issue at all. It took only about 14 months from when we first started this entire process by sending in the K-1 application to the issue of my Greencard..... and all that with two RFEs.

Glad to hear someone not stressful coz of RFE things. I have been stresful about the process, now can get relax with your relaxed post. Thanks.
