Not a single i130 person got an RFE? Am I the only one in here? By the way how long it takes to receive a hard copy. Mine was issued on a Saturday according to status.

This forum is directed at k1 cases. I'm sure there's a RFE thread for i130 as well, have you checked?

The hard copy takes around a week to arrive by mail.

On the I129F I left all the non applicable stuff blank. But I did put N/A on the G-325A forms and did not get an RFE for it. good luck!

UGH. Wish I checked this list before we sent our application in. I left most non-applicable spots blank, however the spot where it asked for my fiance's social I put "none", and the spot where it asked for his Alien # we put "none". Anyone else get an RFE for that? Should I send a new I-129F copy just in case? I'm an early March filer and would hate to be delayed for something so minor.

no worries. i don't have it in front of me right now but i THINK the example here on VJ shows they put "none" in that spot. either way i don't think you'll get an RFE for that.

Thanks for your response... I felt a little better until I noticed I didn't check no on 13d (the part where it asks about having certificate of citizenship). I was born in the US (13a) so I figured it was obvious I never obtained certificate of citizenship or naturalization. I am thinking I should send a new corrected I-129F form with a cover letter that has my case #. Anyone else preemptively do this to avoid an RFE?

unfortunately i don't think you can send anything in to "fix" your application one it's been submitted. they have so many thousands of applications sitting there it wouldn't even be possible to match up what you send in, with your original application. you'd have to just wait for your RFE if you get one. good luck!

We just got RFE for ur K1 application. We applied K1 since nov 2014. They asked for a legal divorce certificate of my and my ex husband. I am no expert in this k1 Visa thing, but all of my fiancée's documents were copies and we had no problem with it.

Our RFE was because the G325 Form wasn't well completed. They are usually kind of fast when it comes to send you the RFE letter. Don't worry. You'll soon figure out!

We never know with the USCIS They've received my RFE response on July, 2nd and I still have no answer on it.

I think people who have already received their reply could start posting the time they waited in their service center. That would be of great help Now I wonder if there is already a topic on it and I haven't been able to find it....

I answered question 34a on the I-129f with describing the circumstances of Us Meeting in person but not How we intially met online.

FYI, i didnt know this if you Met your spouse through a dating site that has any fees or charges it is considered a International Marriage Broker. and you must supply a copy of the signed written consent form that the International Marriage Broker obtained from the beneficiary authorizing the release or her information to me.

lucky for us the dating site we used was 100% free

This particular kind of rfe is being issued a lot lately for csc cases. People are responding with a more detailed statement on how they met online and in person, and attaching terms of service and correspondence with the site showing they are not imb. Csc is reviewing it pretty fast, at about 2 weeks or so. Good luck!

I hope new filers come read this topic before sending their i129f application.

Ps: I've checked your timeline and noticed you sent your petition in June. I don't know if you've read about it, but since March 27th all i129f applications are being routed to csc. Your timeline shows you were transferred and that was not the case. Could you please correct it to reflect that? It will help people that are stuck at tsc to have a little more accurate prediction on their approval. Thanks!

that is exactly what i did i futher explained the circumstances of meeting online and the events up to meeting in person, as well as the printed webpage..

now just praying for a speedy process as my brother is getting married the end of october and really hoping She can be here for it.

Usually it gets to you in about a week. How long did it take for you to get your noa1 hard copy? It will probably take as much time.

They usually respond in about 2 weeks, but can be longer, there's no exact timing.
