We got RFE too.this is the content:you must submit evidence that you and the beneficiary intend to marry within 90 days of the beneficiary's entry to the US as K-1 evidence may include ,but is not limited to,copies of correspondance between you and the beneficiary discussing wedding plans, evidence of wedding plans such as announcements, plans made to reserve a venue for the wedding.or any other evidence of you intend to marry one another, for example an original statement from the beneficiary establishing her intent to marry you within 90 days of her admission to the US .

Also my fiancé didn't complete part2 question2 page5 of I-129f.

Concerning evidence, the letter of intent to marry from me the beneficiary will be enough? Or can we send the letter of intent from the petitioner my fiance again to be sure?because we sent it when we sent our petition.thks for the answers

Hi All, :help:

I apologize if this was previously discussed in this chat (too many pages to go through to see hehe).

Does anyone know if an RFE may be issued for the following: G325A and Fiance letter of intent were both signed by my fiance who lives in Brazil...However, he signed them and then scanned/emailed me the signed copy and I printed it out and that's what I submitted (instead of waiting weeks to get the actual signed copies in the mail).

Does it matter that it's not an actual "ink" signature on those pages? It is his actual signature, just scanned instead of the original copy submitted.

Thanks everyone! :luv:

Yes, it most likely will be issued. It is generally a good idea to provide a wet ink signature of these. That's not saying that on occasion there are some folks who did get a pass. But better safe than sorry. I'd get your fiancé to do a do-over and get them out in the mail to you just in case.

I received a text and email from USCIS stating they have suspended working on my case until they get the requested information. anyone have an approximate time from the time the status change until you get the actual document in the mail? I need to know what they want so I can gather the info. what is the normal timeframe they give you before they deny your case or deadline
