I want my husband to visit me and his new In-laws!!...

We have been together since May of 2010, got engaged November of 2010

and recently got married April 2nd 2013, as of now he has yet to meet my family!

I have been to his country of Bangladesh and met his family.

I want to know if he can apply for B2 visa to come U.S. for a visit. he is now in UK, on a student visa

but will be returning to his home country after the New Year.

I want to know if he can visit me on a B2, or on a transit visa before he goes back to his country

if possible he can come here first then go home??..

Do you have a CR-1 in process? If so you will likely be denied a B Visa. B Visa is for short term visit only. The applicant must show substantial ties to his home country. A wife in the US would be a substantial tie in the wrong direction.

That being said, it is not an expensive visa, and easy to apply online. No harm in trying. Every case is different. regardless of the advise you get here, you won't know for sure unless you try.

He can try and apply for a B2, but it's unlikely to be granted because of having a spouse in the USA. He'll need to show he has very strong ties to the country he is living in, and has a strong, clear, case for why he'll not overstay in the USA and be returning (such as a letter from his employer giving him the time off work and expected him back on whatever date - or as he is a student, a letter confirming he is starting a new job - mortgage/rental agreement for his home etc.).

I want to thank my VJ members for your timely answers and advice.

We have a I-130 pending it is in process.

I just want a short visit, I was thinking before or by valentines day, he is returning to his

native home until the interview.

My wife was ejected twice for the same reason "you have a immigration visa petition in progress"

This don't make any sense to me but you will hear "oh that defeats the whole purpose of intention". How do you prove intent?

Ties or not make sure you provide all correct information and then take your chance. You may get lucky ;-)
