Getting frustrated. We had a K1 visa interview on OCT 29 2013, Then on NOV 10 they sent an email asking for proof of residency in the USA, I sent them a dozen items, like tax bills, 1040's Copy of my Deed, Copy of stateside drivers license.ect.. I have been sending emails to the US Embassy requesting a status every week since then; then they send this:26 DEC

Thank you for your email.

Please provide copy of your job End letter. The officer will review the file and we will contact you accordingly.

Regards,

Immigrant Visa Unit.

My contract ends here in Kuwait MAR 9, I have been trying to get a status on our petition so we can make plans for my fiancee to leave, as she is required to give 90 days notice before termination... I was hoping we could leave together.

Has anyone seen this before??
