If Color doesn't matter why blame whites for slavery?

When Black males kill at more than ten times the rate as whites...... you are able to ignore the color "trend".... why aren't you so color blind on all things in the past and present?

*Happy New year" Marv.

Happy new year to you Danno. I'll explain this in the reply to NB so I don't have to repeat myself.

You are correct. Many of the most immoral people I have ever met are very loud and judgemental christians

HUH ?

That is what I was trying to say, but you said it much worse.

You aren't scared because they don't single you out like they do whitey.

I was being honest. You see, it bothers me, I'd wager much more than you, Danno, Lost, and the few other folks here, because I have to live with that stereotype. It applies to all of us, since most folks think if a few of us do it, the entire race must do it as well. Whenever I see a video of folks fighting over Jordans, or random teens fighting because someone "looked" at them wrong, or the majority of anything on Worldstarhiphop(the black equivalent of Break.com) I will be affected by it. And many mature, responsible black people feel the same way about it and speak out about it as well.

As to you and Danno's claim that you have this unhealthy fear about being killed by a black person, I challenge you to look up the numbers. In 2013, how many white people were killed by black people? Let's see, the baseball player, the vet, the victim of the knockout game, let's go with 10, give or take. Now, how many black people were killed by black people? Who is in more danger, you or me? I have a greater chance of losing my life to someone who looks like me, just like you have a greater chance of losing your life to someone who looks like you. Lost calls it polar bear hunting and swears it's open season on white people, but check the numbers. Between the police, scared white people who kill in fear for their lives, yet always start the confrontation, and the random act of violence that comes with just being in the wrong place at the wrong time, I have more reason to fear for my life than you. Yet, I don't pack a gun, nor do I fear my people. I know what places to go, and I know how to carry myself as to avoid issues.

When white people start losing their lives in the same numbers as Chicago, St.Louis, East St. Louis, Detroit, Oakland, Baltimore, and many other cities, then your panic will be justified. But, let's cut the #######. It will never happen, and you know it.

I know right. Placenta is a appetizer item at so many restaurants. It is not common,no matter how much you say it is.

Is this honestly your argument? Placenta isn't on menus at restaurants, so clearly it's super uncommon and offensive that people eat it?

Or is it your argument that Kim Kardashian fed it to people who didn't know what they were eating and THAT'S offensive? If so, then I agree but should also mention you shouldn't believe that "reality tv" is reality. Especially with that group of people.

My observation? It's more of a challenge when you get folks in here to have debates. Without folks like you, Teddy, Gegel, Gandi, and MBD here to challenge the narrative folks push out with compassion and logic, it becomes a hate fest, and those are no fun without someone to counter it.

-YOu rightly point out, not all Blacks are guilty of bad social behavior.... so in your mind no one should afix a stereotype to all Blacks simply because a lot of Blacks

are guilty. But Marvin when do people in the South ever hear this same distinction made? What percentage of Birmingham stood and blocked the school-house doors? Yet we always hear blanket terms when these areas are spoken of then and even now.

Why don't these people make the same observations about Blacks and the extraordinary level of crime they account for?

It would seem the distaste for stereotyping is contingent for most folks.

-Your assessment of the number of white people killed by Blacks is way way off. Don't make me pull out the numbers Bro. It is many times the number of folks Lynched.

-I don't have an unhealthy fear of young black males any more than the DWL do (disingenuous white liberals) ....when they pick which area to live in.

*ONe thing we might agree on, people should judge individuals as just that..... and not let statistics cloud our judgment.

Meh, there's really only so many times you can read the same ignorant drivel from the same idiots and form a new, creative response to it. I've stopped trying.

If certain posters were banned from using certain words - like 'war', 'outrage' 'hate' and 'tolerance', they'd have to find creative new ways to express their stale, moribund ideas.

All that would need to be done is to add those words to the content filter...

First of all, a lot of blacks aren't guilty. That's the myth. There are plenty of law abiding black people here, yet those get pushed back in favor of putting the spotlight on those who cut up. The fight over Jordans made the news, but the brawl in which a white woman started tasing people didn't get the same coverage. Many black people speak out about what you're talking about, you don't hear/see it because remember, you have no black friends. I have friends, family, coworkers, that actually do something about it. Teachers, community helpers, pastors that try to clean up neighborhoods. I even go down and help when I can.

If you think my numbers are wrong, then bring them out. Because you can't find the white counterpart to the cities I named. There is no where in the US white people are murdered at the rate of black people being murdered in those cities.

Meh, there's really only so many times you can read the same ignorant drivel from the same idiots and form a new, creative response to it. I've stopped trying.

True, this is why I restrained myself from jumping in any thread that a certain posted by the way of maple trees.
