It's perfectly fine to do either one of those. Personally, I like to complete my forms in black ink, if I'm hand-writing them. Some people say that signing in blue ink differentiates the colour of the signature from the rest of the printed form and helps to establish that the signature is original.

Btw, please make sure you're completing G-325A, not G-325. :)

If you are chasing a k1 visa, the petition entails a G-325A specifically. Would help if you filled out your timeline so we know what type of visa you are applying for.

quoting Ryan H:

"OP: I have noticed no difference between the two forms. With that being said, I suggest sending the form that is called for in the instructions (G-325A). If you send the G-325, you run the risk of receiving an RFE for the G-325A."

They are not different, but the I-129F instructions specify the G325A, so use that one.

What is difference

Consider doing a Google search to find the difference, Google can also be your friend.

To this monstrous bureaucracy there is a lot of difference. To avoid RFEs, rejections and delays, use the correct form specified in the USCIS/DOS instructions.idea9dv.gif
