I've had my medical today in advance, hope there is good news this week regarding the interview schedule.

You do know that you are not supposed to do the medical before the interview is scheduled, right? Unless the rules are different for Ireland, the medical should only be made after an interview date has been scheduled and no earlier than 1 month prior to the interview, as the medical's validity is one month.

Yes, i'm aware of it. its valid for a year. http://dublin.usembassy.gov/medical_exam.html.

The Doctor allowed me to the advance medical. Several beneficiaries are doing it in advance.

Wow! :) I stand corrected then! It seems the rules are different for Ireland indeed. Here in Bulgaria we first need to get the interview appointment and then go to medical. And the medical is good for only a month.

must be different rules per embassy. The clinic told me that i can get the results a day before the interview or i can always pick it up starting next week. I might just pick it up 2 days before the interview date. hope there is good news this week regarding the interview date smile.png

I called, and nothing :( Congrats and let's hope the rest of us will get early March dates too!

pob260 -> can you please check your CEAC status (ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx) and tell us what it says there? Does it still say "At NVC" even though you got your interview date?

You mean interview date on 25 March?

Can you check your status at http://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx and tell me if it still says "At NVC"? Also did you get an email about the interview date, and did they tell you when they gave you the date (i.e. today, yesterday etc)?
