Ok so we were approved last March and hubby has been looking to secure employment since then. He will now be starting on 6th Jan and so we have to contact NVC and pay I864 invoice and send choice of agent forms etc. Should I wait until the end of January before submitting the i864 paperwork as he wont be paid until then so there will be no payslip? Also is it ok to just send one payslip as I have to get the paperwork in to NVC or it will expire in March (1year from approval date) Hope ive made myself clear. Thanks for any help

so, you are worried about the USA domicile issue with the I-864 or the income issue on the primary sponser with the I-864 or worried about what NVC will do with scant I-864 info as compared to what the IV Unit will do on interview day for all I-864 data points?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thanks Darnell, I am worried about what NVC will do with scant i 864 info.! Am not worried about the interview as by the time that comes around he will be working a few months. Am not worried about the domicile issue as we have signed a lease and my husband will be living there from 3rd Jan. Also we are well above the poverty limit. Also, just going to throw in another question. Do people use the petitioner as the agent? Or the beneficiary? Thanks again Darnell!
