Let all update our selfs with how NSC is working im a june 24pd and got transfer to nsc on the 26 of December i want te hear sone story's of people transferd to this service center .... so fell free to give your opinion ..

yes we got transferred there two months ago and today i received an approval notice. However now Im confused bc we filed an Adjustment of status on the 10th of dec also.

March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!
June 21, 2010: Engaged!!!
September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

I have been transfered to NSC center since November 15 and we have been ask to wait after 60 days, NSC is realy slow with approval, am not the only stuck there,must approval as been coming in very slowly,one love

I'm still waiting here. My actually PD was March 29th but transferred on November 14 to Nebraska. I saw some approval already in late March from Nebraska from some people who I was following as they had a similar timeline. Crossing fingers for swift action in the new year

25-March-2013 - I-130 petition sent to Chicago Lockbox


29-March-2013 - NOA1


14-November-2013 - Notice of transfer to Nebraska Service Centre from NBC


08-January-2014 - Approved!


21-January-2014 - NVC Received


04-March-2014 - Case # and Invoice # received via phone (Mailed today)


05-March-2014 - DS-261 available and submitted to NVC


12-March-2014 - Sent ENROLL for EP EMAIL


21-March-2014 - AOS fee shows paid


28-March-2014 - Approved for EP Enrollment OPTIN


17-April-2014 - Paid IV fee payment of $230


23-April-2014 - DS-260 available and submitted


15-May-2014-1st Check-list for AOS


21-May-2014-Send AOS checklist item


5-June-2014-Check-list for DS-260


10-June-2014- Sent checklist item

I was just transferred to the Nebraska center so does this mean longer? Please help!

we were transfered Oct 17. still no Noa 2 and we are Feb filler and we already talked to Tier 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you written again to the service center? How long has it been since you wrote them initially? You might be able to escalate it to Service Center HQ if it's been more than 21 days with no response.

They received my i130 on March 21st and then my case was transferred to the Nebraska Service Center on the 7th of November. On Monday it will be 60 days I hope I hear something from them!

I just joined you guys. Was transferred January 2nd. Found out today that it was to Nebraska SH%$ hole.

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1
