No, I think you are wrong again, that chart looks at Non GVT unemployment.

The chart does not even show us those who dropped out of the work force or who are now working at half their former wage.

If it wasn't for the public sector shedding jobs left, right and center, the unemployment rate would be lower today as well. You're very poorly informed. Okay then, what are the bases on which you ground your predictions? I've asked nicely twice but you seem awfully cagey. My background is in institutional investment with a very long-term horizon, so I'm genuinely curious about what indicators you consider when making predictions. I tend to think on a macro scale, so hearing about more drilled-down timescales is of interest to me.

My analysis is based on alot of things. Some of it is macro, some technical, some sentiment measures, time cycles...the behaviour of the market right now(price wise) and of people(psychology) is a typical behaviour you see near tops. Time will tell I guess..

It is going to spike until at least May, as folks fund their IRA's and such, before filing taxes. BTW, you can set aside money for your IRA for 2013, until you file your return, With extensions, that can permit you to do so, up until October of this year for last year. in the week or so before the April 15th deadline, because of the last quarter windfalls many received in 2013, expect to have to fall in line to see your financial adviser.
